Terms and Conditions


When you trade on Discuswildlife.dk you automatically accept the following conditions.

We recommend that you read all the conditions before you shop at Discus Wildlife.

That way we avoid discrepancies and you get answers to all the practicals.


All prices on the webshop are stated in DKK incl. VAT and other taxes.

Prices are exclusive of delivery costs.

The following must be entered when using credit cards as payment

Card number (on front of card)

Expiry date (on front of card)

Control digits (the last three digits are found on the back of the card in the signature box)

Payments will be canceled first from your account when your order has been shipped from the store.

Once you have gone to checkout and approve your order, you will be automatically redirected to a secure server at E-Pay.

This encryption ensures that unauthorized users can not intercept the information you enter in the payment process.

If fraud is suspected, we are obliged to cancel the trade and report this to the police.

Discus Wildlife complies with Danish legislation, all standards and safety requirements.


If the ordered items are in stock, these will be shipped immediately. As far as possible on the same day, if the order is delivered by noon. 16.00 otherwise the order will be shipped the following day.

Delivery time on sold out or special items may be up to 2-3 weeks.

We strive to keep as short a delivery time as possible and upon order you will receive an email if delivery time exceeds 5 - 7 days.

Frozenfood delivery:

If the ordered items are in stock, these will be shipped immediately. As far as possible on the same day, if the order is delivered by noon. 09.30 otherwise the order will be shipped the following day. This is due to GLS pick up packages at 10:00

We ship Frostbeds Monday and Tuesday. In this way, we ensure that the feed does not flow on the GLS center this weekend.

When the package arrives at the selected package store, SHALL the package be collected the same day and the content is checked. If the package is not picked up on the same day, Discus Wildlife can not be held responsible for thawed or rotten product!

When shipping frost lining, it is expected that some packages may be slightly soft at the edge. This does not matter, as the product is still below 0 degrees.


You always have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop at Discus Wildlife. Except for order goods and frostbeds.

The cancellation right expires on the day you receive the item.

The right of cancellation can only be claimed if the goods are returned in the same condition.

Goods must be returned in intact packaging

If the product or packaging is not intact, the return will expire and the product will not be returned.

The right of cancellation will always lapse if you use the item.

When the cancellation right is used, you must bear all costs associated with the return.

When you receive your package, an invoice will be attached, please attach the invoice number for any return / exchange.

NB! An order or invoice number must always be included in the return packages.

Packages received, without adequate information, we can not process.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after we have received your return, and checked that it meets the return policy.

Up to 5 business days must be calculated on return packages, as all returned goods are carefully checked.

NB! We do not receive packages sent per. COD!

What you can and can't:

Examples. You must unpack a filter and investigate it, but do not test it in water. You must read the characteristics / declaration on the packaging of fish feed, but do not break the seal.

Use of the right of withdrawal:

If you regret a purchase of an item, it is important that you clearly inform us that you regret before the withdrawal date expires.

It is enough that the message has been sent before the 14th time limit expires. It does not have to be reached for us.

Receive a receipt for the message to be sent, so you can prove that you have met the deadline. Then you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Discus Wildlife has the right to see documentation that the item has been shipped, so be sure to receive a receipt from the post office or shipper.

If you regret a purchase of an item before the item has been delivered to you, disclose Discus Wildlife that you do not wish the item delivered, but have not arrived at you, refuse receipt.


A 24-month warranty is granted under the Purchasing Act, including material and material defects found in the normal use of the product.

Applies to all items purchased from Discus Wildlife.

Damage to the product due to malfunctions, handling errors, modifications, gross abuse on the part of the buyer and ordinary wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Complaints about defects that should be discovered by the usual inspection of the product must be notified to Discus Wildlife within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after errors or omissions have been identified.

The item may be returned for repair, replacement or after agreement, reduce the price or full refund of the price of the product, depending on the extent of the defect.

NB! If the product has been used and subsequently found an error, we always reserve the right to try the product repaired, if possible. Therefore, you can not expect a refund for a product that has been taken into use.

We reserve the right to sell items, stock control errors, price changes and typing errors.

Reservation / Payment of Large Orders:

For large orders or reservations for fish, a deposit of 1000kr will be paid if this does not go through our webshop.

You can also choose to pay the full amount at one time.

Static Information:

We collect statistical information about which pages and products are visited the most.

These data do not show which users are visiting the page or product.

All statistical information is used to improve the webshop.
